Flour
  We use only the purest ingredients available. The organic flours are milled by a family-owned company with a reputation for providing the highest quality. The salt is hand-harvested from the sea on the coast of Brittany in France and imported by the Grain and Salt Society of Asheville. The fresh herbs and cheeses are all obtained locally, and whenever possible, we use locally grown and produced products.
